Hearn House is becoming a ministry of Compassionate Hands!

God is opening a new chapter for Compassionate Hands and for the community we love to live in.

Coming soon, Compassionate Hands is expanding our ministry and operational capacity to include transitional living.

Creating a pathway for people to move from crisis toward long-term stability, providing a lasting exit from homelessness.

Our immediate fundraising milestone is $300,000 by December 31.

Fundraising Goal

We are currently working toward a Phase One fundraising goal of $600,000, which will help us acquire and prepare the building and sustain the ministry during this transition.

WE’RE BUILDING A PATHWAY, NOT JUST PROVIDING A PLACE TO STAY.

The mission is to provide men with:

Christ-Centered Community. Safe and Stable Housing. Accountability. Life-Skills and Employment Support. Care Coordination. Christian Discipleship. Pathways toward Independent Living.

Housing Pathways

More than just providing a roof.

The Hearn House will create an exit from homelessness and an entry to stability and lasting transformation.

TIER ONE

Providing a seasonal winter shelter program.

TIER TWO

Providing a stable housing program for both men and women.

TIER THREE

Providing permanent housing, sacred settlements, and a church-developed community housing network.

The mission of Hearn House is to provide a Christ-centered pathway for men rebuilding their lives after substance abuse, incarceration, homelessness, or other life-altering circumstances.

Through safe housing, supportive community, accountability, and discipleship, we help men move from instability toward independence and lives of purpose.

Gale and Larry saw the person behind the circumstances and offered hope when others might have offered judgment. We are deeply grateful for the foundation they’ve laid and are committed to carrying this legacy forward.

“Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.”

-Jesus

This is a legacy worth celebrating.
